The five-star experience allowed automotive enthusiasts the opportunity to relax in a sophisticated atmosphere, while commemorating the best of American and European automobiles, reviewing the latest automotive fine art, and touring some for the most elite private automotive collections in Southern California.
The exhibitors competed for 30 different classes, including Antique and Vintage, Porsche, Sport Cars, Mercedes-Benz, Ferrari, Jaguar, Corvette, traditional Hot Rods, Shelbys and Cars of Significance or Interest. The most coveted award was Best of Show, which was chosen among First in Class winners.
The annual Dana Point Art Exhibition coincides with the Concours. The Dana Point Concours d'Elegance presented a preeminent group of the finest automotive artists in the world, including Bill Motta, Richard Pietruska and members of the Automotive Fine Arts Society. A percentage of all art sales will be donated to charity.
The Dana Point Concours d'Elegance supports more than just the automotive legacy. The money raised by the Concours committee and its volunteers, exhibitors, spectators, judges and sponsors benefit multiple charities across Southern California.
The two-day celebration was nestled on the luscious green golf links of the St. Regis Monarch Beach resort, offering automotive enthusiasts a serene getaway and an opportunity to see some of the most stunning, pristine automobiles from around the world in one chic destination.
